More Than Just Coffee
Rooted in the heart of the city, We Hide was born from a simple belief: great coffee starts with great care. We source our single-origin beans directly from farms in Ethiopia, Colombia, and Guatemala — building relationships with farmers who share our passion for quality.
Every morning our head roaster arrives before dawn to prepare the day's roasts. Our bakers follow suit, filling the café with the scent of fresh sourdough and cardamom buns. We don't rush. We believe the best things take time.
